Main Drivers

WBF (Windows Biometric Framework) drivers are the main drivers for most applications that use SecuGen fingerprint readers and devices containing SecuGen fingerprint USB sensors.

  1. The Hercules Safety MCU Demos are designed to highlight key safety, data acquisition and control features of the Hercules platform of microcontrollers. The demos are designed to be run on a PC in conjunction with either a Hercules USB Development Sick or a Hercules Development Kit (HDK).
  2. Click Browse and locate the USB driver folder. (The Google USB Driver is located in androidsdk extras google usbdriver.) Click Next to install the driver. Or, to upgrade an existing Android USB driver on Windows 7 and higher with the new driver: Connect your Android device to your computer's USB port.
  3. Hercules Drivers Originally established in 1982, Hercules Computer Technology was a leading graphics card company in the 1980s. While the company also produced CGA compatible cards, its most popular product was the Hercules Graphics Card, a MDA-compatible card that was frequently imitated by many other competitors.

Some third party software that support SecuGen devices might require “Legacy” drivers instead of the main (WBF) drivers.
